Exhibition Conditions

Libellule Art Ltd., based in Hong Kong, is the sole organizer of the Libellule group exhibitions worldwide. Each exhibition may have specific conditions, and we recommend that you carefully read the terms below, which constitute the contract between Libellule Art Ltd. and you (the Artist).

A. Exhibition Venue:

Altes Rathaus

Stadtplatz 1,
94234 Viechtach – Germany.

B. Artists:
This exhibition will bring together international Artists belonging to the Libellule group.

​

C. Exhibition Dates:

From October 16, 2026 to March 4, 2027

​

D. Opening (Vernissage):
October 16, 2026, in the presence of the artists. The city of Viechtach offers artists one night in a hotel for themselves and one accompanying person to attend the opening.

E. Works:
The artworks have been selected by the exhibition organization.

​

F. Installation (Hanging):
The installation will be carried out by the exhibition organization.

​

G. Participation Fees:
There are no participation fees.

​

H. Transport:
Transport of the artworks to and from the exhibition venue is the responsibility of the Artist, unless the Artist has signed the deposit agreement. In that case, the artworks will be transported free of charge from Kandl’s studio to Viechtach, and from Viechtach back to Kandl’s studio, where they will be stored until the next exhibition.
Please note that Libellule does not provide specific insurance for transport and storage, and we recommend that artists take out personal insurance.

I. Insurance:
The artworks are insured by the venue.

J. Sales:
During the Libellule exhibition “8th Biennale of Fantastic Art – Alten Rathaus, Viechtach”: the artworks will be sold at the public price. They may not be given away for free by the artist. The artist will receive the artist price. The difference between the public price and the artist price will go to Libellule, which will share it with the exhibition venue.

Delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.

At the end of the exhibitions of the “Le bouquet” collection, as decided by Libellule, the artist will retrieve their artworks or they will be returned at the artist’s expense.

K. Copyright:
Artists will not claim reproduction rights or royalties on the sale of catalogs, posters, postcards, or other derivative products, nor on press articles or other media.
