Born in 1968 in Lvov, Ukraine, Boris studied at the Lvov Fine arts school where he specialized in antiques restoration.
In 1991 he emigrated to Israël and registered with the visual art college of Beer Sheva. 

He held solo exhibitions in Panama, Israël and Paris and group shows in Israël, UK, USA, France, The Netherlands and Belgium.
